Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused
- Packaging is sealed and intact
- A manufacturing defect or damage is reported
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used heat patches
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
