Orders

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order when necessary.

Order Confirmation

An order is only considered confirmed after our team contacts you to verify it. Until then, Pause It reserves the right to cancel or modify any order.

Payment

Orders can be paid by the methods offered at Shopify checkout, including cash on delivery where that option is available.

Product Details

We aim for accuracy. Slight variation in packaging colour or print may occur because of lighting or screen differences. Each product page describes how that product is meant to be used.

Pricing

Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees.

Usage and Care

Pause It products are wellness items for external use unless a product page says otherwise. They are not medicine and not a substitute for a clinician. Follow the directions on the product. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, storage, or exposure.

Intellectual Property

All visuals, branding, and content belong to Pause It and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or any order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.

Limitation of Liability

Pause It's total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
